The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has a requirement for services of an International Mailer Service. The contractor shall pick-up all International Mail from the GPO's work facility located in Laurel, MD, Monday through Friday according to the attached specifications.

The purpose of this Modification No. 1 is to extend the due date for the questions concerning this Solicitation from February 9, 2010 to February 22, 2010 and also extend the Response Date from February 22, 2010 to March 3, 2010 due to inclement weather.
