The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price, Contractor Logistics Support contract, employing three (3) personnel, to provide assistance to Colombian Air Force on C-130 Aircraft, Models B and H; in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement; as well as provide spares, support equipment and tools, using cost reimbursement cost element. All duties to be performed in Bogota Colombia.

Destination: Bogota, Colombia, Delivery Schedule: to begin one (1) month ARO, for basic year; with four (4) one (1) year options. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. Solicitation responses MUST be transmitted via direct mailing. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.

Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal.

Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contact award or payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov.

Effective 6 Oct 09, the country has directed Sole Source to Lockheed Martin, therefore, this effort will not be competed.
